Conner + Ashley | Proposal

The day was Friday the 13th; the day was perfect. As the sun said farewell, Conner asked Ashley to be his, and to be that, forever. 

A beautiful day, and the sweetest set up. Roses, s'mores, bubbly and a serenade by Conner. As I hid in the bushes and peeked through my lens, I saw Ashley with her eyes ever fixed on Conner, who I could hear the distant sound of singing, "I'll Be" by Edwin McCain. A moment so precious to witness. 

Thanks to Conner & Ashley for letting me capture such moments. Here's to future Mr. & Mrs. Hassman, a couple SO radiant!

Jace Christopher | Birth

June 3rd, 3:05p.m. Jace Christopher's lungs filled with oxygen. My sister Michelle and brother Chris welcomed their third child and second son into the world. It was a beautiful thing to witness. The gender and name had been kept a secret all nine months. Chris got to deliver Jace, and the moment his lungs inflated Chris introduced him, "His name is Jace Christopher." The room was all smiles.
